Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

The candidate will be placed under the finance function with responsibilities including:

Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts.
Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
Exploring different investment opportunities.
Analyzing current and historical financial data.
Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.
Forecasting of mid and long-term funding and hedging requirements.
Interacting with investor, government, and bank clients and negotiating business agreements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiative and projects.

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

応募資格

・Bachelor’s in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related major is required.
・5+ years of working experience in a corporate finance setting.
・Experience in financial forecasting and trend analytics.
・Self-motivated with an innately curious personality and a desire to learn.
・Ability to work independently with accuracy and in a timely manner
・Excellent Japanese language proficiency

給与

年俸800万円 ～ 1,000万円

• 交通費支給あり

※年齢、経験、能力を考慮の上、優遇いたします。

支払方法：年俸の1/12を毎月支給

基本給２か月分ずつ（年2回。夏:目安として2か月、個人パフォーマンスにより変動。冬:固定2か月）
※別途、年次賞与は会社業績と個人業績により翌年に支給されます。

勤務時間

08:30 ～ 17:30

基本時間　8:30 ～17:30 （休憩60分を含む８時間労働）
※超過した時間外労働分については追加で支給されます。
