今回は「国際事業部」新規メンバーの募集!
外国籍のお客様のお部屋探しをお手伝いする部署です。
英語圏のお客様をターゲットとして、英語での接客ができる人を募集します。

『部屋物語』のルームアドバイザー（未経験歓迎）◆1日5組限定の店舗／福利厚生充実
2013年にオープンした『部屋物語』という賃貸不動産の店舗にて、お部屋探しをお手伝いします。完全予約制で、1日5組の限定接客。ノルマもなく1人のお客さまとじっくり向き合えます。

【お客さまについて】
1人あたり午前1組・午後1組のお客さまに対応。1組のお客さまにかける時間は平均2時間以上。半日かけて対応することもあります。また「お部屋探し1日パック」という、担当者が終日1組のお客様に対してお部屋探しのサポートをすることもあります。

【仕事の流れ】
▼お部屋の候補出し
候補となる物件を20～30件ほどお出しして、その中からお客さまにヒアリングして絞り込んでいきしょう。

▼希望条件のヒアリング
単に条件だけを聞いてお部屋を選ぶのではなく「なぜそれを希望するのか」までヒアリングします。

例えば…
「駅から近いほうがいい」というお客さまに対し、その理由をお聞きします。初めて引っ越す方は「なんとなく便利そうだから」という場合も。それに対し「お店が多く、駅から近すぎると騒音が気になる可能性もある」というように、本当にお客さまにとってベストな内容か、ヒアリングを通して一緒に検討していきましょう。

    I also help foreigner owners who have investment properties in Japan.
