仕事内容

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Associate to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-office processes and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process documents as reports on a regular basis or as requested by management. Maintain and update records, files, and documentation as needed. Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with other departments (from Germany), in English or Japanese (other languages are a plus). Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code quality standard of the company.

応募資格

既卒・第二新卒、シニア、大歓迎！

University degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Germany.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
