仕事内容

What you’ll do
- Monitor and troubleshoot large suites of automated processing, inc dent management and recurrence prevention
- Second-level production client support, building solutions and optimising performance whilst getting ahead of client requirements
- Partner with the Development Teams to support new features, services, releases and assist production deployment
- To become an expert in our services and innovate for continual improvement
- Design, build and extend tools for service level monitoring and performance measurement
- Develop provisioning to support other internal teams and to help improve their productivity, automation and contribute to ongoing enhancement of all operations functions

応募資格

★経験者のみの募集になります

- A degree in Computer Science, Finance or a quantitative field preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience working with mission-critical production software systems
- A good understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals
- Strong experiences with Linux environment, scripting and RDMS/NOSQL are critical
- Experience with cloud platforms, container technology, SDLC
