Roles and Responsiblity

・Export/Import
Proposal and promotion of imported/exported goods

・Preparation and processing of trade documents
Create, confirm and send documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading and letter of credit

・Transportation arrangements
Prepare transportation, contact carriers, shipping companies, warehouse, etc. Ask a forwarder to handle all freight transportation arrangements.

・Customs clearance arrangements
Declaring import/export to customs and obtaining a permit. (customs clearance procedure)

・ Shipping/delivery management:
Perform shipping requests, inventory checks, orders, schedule adjustments, etc

・ Customer reception:
Attending to a customer or a visitor of the company. Serve drinks and prepare the meeting room

応募資格

未経験者、既卒・第二新卒、大歓迎！

Inexperience, New Graduates and Mid-Career are welcome!

Japanese: Business Level (minimum JLPT N2)
English: Business Level (TOEIC 860 above)
Plus any other language is a plus but not required

*We will consider a candidate who does not have a TOEIC certificate b
ut has an excellent English speaking and writing skills.

* The trial period is 3 months (however, there is no change in salary and treatment).
