● Responsible for candidate engagement and management during the recruitment process.
● Focus on understanding clients position requirements, actively contact potential candidates and present candidates directly to hiring managers.
● Able to use candidate attraction and sourcing channels (Local Job Boards, SNS, Events).
● Work with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
● Accurately recording and reporting recruitment data.
● Able to build positive relationships and communicate with candidates.
● Able to manage complex situations to become a full-rounded recruitment professional.

【Good to Have】
● Minimum 2 years candidate management or recruiting as In-house/RPO/Agency team
● Experience recruiting for IT & Tech sector in Japan
● Able to identify, assess and develop a qualified candidate pool
● Using local sourcing channels (SNS, LinkedIn, Seminar Events)
● Able to communicate & negotiate with hiring managers
● Japanese: JLPT N2 or above & English: TOEIC score above 600
