【Good to Have】
- Minimum 3 years end to end recruiting as In-house/RPO/Agency team
- Proven experience of recruiting for IT & Tech sector in Japan
- Able to identify, assess and develop a qualified candidate pool
- Using local sourcing channels (SNS, LinkedIn, recruitment seminars, etc.).
- Able to communicate & negotiate with hiring managers
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above & English: TOEIC score above 650
