こんにちは、代表の山下と申します。弊社のページを閲覧して頂きありがとうございます。弊社の事を少しでも知って頂き、少しでも興味を持って頂ければ幸いです。ここでは、私の今現在の主観を述べます。求人には関係のない内容ですが、読んでいただけると幸いです。
Hello, everyone. I'm Yamashita, the representative director of this company. Thank you for watching our company's website. I would appreciate it if you could get to know about our company and be interested in it. I'm going to talk about my current subjectivity here. It has nothing to do with the job offer, but I would appreciate it if you could read it.

生きにくい世の中だと思います。私も実際そう感じる事がいっぱいあります。また、現在コロナ禍で、今まで普通だったものが、普通ではない状況が続いています。小さい頃に夢見ていた現実とは違い失望する事、問題を打破する力がない自分を責めたり、はたまた将来に対して、夢や希望を持てなかったり...。私もそうでした。ずっと見えない道を進んでいる感覚は本当に辛いと思います。
I think it's difficult world to live in now. I actually feel that way a lot. Also, things that has been normal until now has become unusual, because of Corona. Unlike the reality you dreamed of when you were kid, you are disappointed, you blame yourself for not able to solve problems, and you don't have dreams or hopes for the future. So was I. I think it's really hard to keep going on an invisible way.
ただ、もし私の言葉に少しでも耳を傾けて頂けるのならば、これだけは信じて欲しいです。
「人生に無駄な事なんて一つもない」
たかだか35年しか私は生きていないですし、皆さんとさほど年齢も変わらないかもしれません。何を知ってるんだと言われれば、何も知らないかもしれません。ですが、私はそう信じています。決して、人のせいにせず、日々一生懸命生きて、良い事も悪い事も経験して、みなさんが生きてきた証が今後、明るい未来を作っていく道になっていくと思います。もちろん、そこには、みなさんが大事な友人・職場の方々、家族も関わってきます。その方々と、悩みを共有したり、助け合い、時には喧嘩しながら、一生懸命生きていくことが、みなさんの将来を明るく照らしてくれるものになっていきます。世知辛い世の中ですが、一緒に一生懸命生きていきましょう！
But if you listen to me, I want you to believe this. "There is nothing wasted about our lives." I've only lived 35 years, maybe I'm not that old as you are. If you tell me what you know, I might not know anything. But I believe that. Your future will be brightened by experiencing good and bad things, and live hard every day and also don't blame others. Of course, it involves your precious family, friends and people at work. Sharing your worries with them, helping each other, and sometimes fighting, living hard will brighten your future.We are in a very tough situation now, but let's live hard together !
