仕事内容

Role: Operation Manager - in a consulting company
We look forward to a talented person who will be in charge of Operation design, Business development, product development, and internal org management.

> Operation design 
- Standardization and deployment of internal and inter-companies operations and production workflow with related IT systems.

> Business and product development
- Development of business and products.

応募資格・条件

大学卒以上 / 経験者のみ募集
■Mandatory 
- Bachelor degree
- Business level English.
- 5 years+ in the IT or telecom industries.
- 3 years+ working in business operation, sales marketing, product marketing,  legal, consulting, or related roles.
- Organized working.

■Better
- Better for speaking and writing in Japanese.
- MBA/MOT/computer science degree
- International Business experience.
- Multi-national teamwork.

Location: Iwaki-city, Fukushima
福島県Iwaki-city, Fukushima, Japan2-18, Shimoyunagayamachi, Joban（最寄駅：Yumoto Sta. Joban Line）
Working from home: *It will contract as the individual contractor if you aren't a resident of Japan. Please let us know if you have any preferences.

勤務時間

裁量労働制
Regarded working 8hrs on each day with the exemptional contract. 
We are flexible in discussing your working style and contract conditions.

給与

時給 900円以上
This indicates as an example and We are going to offer further appropriate compensations.

休日休暇

Holiday: Sat, and Sun. Public holiday.
