Branding, marketing planning and sales of villa and resort memberships currently planned

Through collaboration with internal and external professionals, promote projects with business feasibility and experience value.
It is an environment where you can demonstrate leadership in each phase from planning to branding, fundraising, sales, and realization, as well as in overall production.

英語力不問

高校卒以上 / 経験者のみ募集
Experience in real estate sales and sales.（Required for at least 5 years）
Experienced in selling 10-2 billion properties are welcome.
Experienced sellers for wealthy customers are welcome.
Experienced sales not only for domestic but also overseas wealthy people are welcome.
Holders of qualification as real estate notaries are welcome.
Business-level Japanese or higher is required.

勤務時間

09:00～18:00
09：00-18：00 （actual work8 hours / Break 1 hour）
※Basic attendance。
※No basic overtime（Expected to be at most 20 hours per month）

給与

月給 833,000円～（※想定年収 10,000,000円～）
・Includes deemed overtime pay：30 hours per month(138,833yen)
※In addition to the above amounts, incentives will also be provided.（A few percent of actual sales）
・Overtime pay will be paid separately for working hours exceeding deemed overtime.
・Transportation expenses paid（Shinkansen commuting OK・No maximum amount limit）
・Visa support for foreign nationals

2 days off per week

Holidays: 105 days per year
